1. Add different goals on Settings-Goals-Activity. This is for pre-setting. We have three default levels : Light-7000, Moderate-1000, Heavy-20000.
2. Go to Dashboard-STEPS TAKEN, where it shows your steps and goals during that day. You can choose the goal that you have pre-set on Settings. This way, you can set daily different goals easily without going to settings.
The default goal is set as Light-7000 steps. If you have only turned off or even deleted the goal at Settings but not choose the goal under Steps Taken, the goal remains as Light-7000.
